While browsing through Half-Life 2 Orange Box media (Half-Life 2 is a great game by the way), I came across this demo video of Portal, the puzzle game that's included in the Orange Box package. Don't be fooled, the Orange Box isn't all about cool, physics-induced mayhem, although that may be the part that has the most mass appeal. All you turbo geeks and those with a puzzle penchant might really get into this one. More after the tone...
As the name implies, the game involves the use of portals to solve puzzles. You are given a gun that can create one or more of these portals at will on some, but not all, surfaces. You then use the portals to send yourself or other objects to other locations that you normally wouldn't be able to get to. From what the video shows, at certain points other properties of physics, such as gravity, come into play as well.
